Human Response to Vibrations is a newly developed module of the master programme in Vibro-Acoustic Engineering at the University of Novi Sad. It was implemented during the winter semester as one of the optional modules, and it included lab exercises taught by Milorad Spanovic and Ivan Lomen. Based on this experience and handouts, Milorad Spanovic and Ivan Lomen authored a new publication produced within the SENVIBE Project: Lab Exercises in Human Response to Vibrations. The Editor of the publication is Professor Ivana Kovacic from the University of Novi Sad.
According to the reviewers: ‘The publication with this content does not exist nationally, so the authors made a significant contribution to the creation of the literature for acquiring knowledge in the field of medical effects of vibrations on human beings, as well as in the identification, analysis and risk assessment of the impact of occupational vibrations on human beings. The publication is original, has a modern design and is equipped with QR codes. It is richly illustrated, which enables the reader to understand the content mor easily.
The photos from the lab exercises with students and of the publication itself are enclosed.
