One of the results of the SENVIBE project is new equipment procured for performing experiments involving mechanical vibrations in the new SENVIBE VibLab at the University of Novi Sad.
Equipment, design of experiments and content of laboratory exercises were made in accordance with those that exist and have been used for decades in the Institute of Sound and Vibration, University of Southampton, UK – a partner in the SENVIBE project and one of the world’s leading educational and scientific institutions in this area.
The first lab exercise developed is concerned with forced oscillations of discrete systems and the basic principles of controlling their oscillations. The corresponding handouts have been produced and distributed to students during the lab exercises.
The photos of the handouts, lab equipment as well as students and teachers realizing this lab are enclosed.
